APC Formation will give importance to the integration of cultures in the intial formation of the brothers. The IFP approach will provide an environment of respect, acceptance of the uniqueness of all. The approach is also a core element in the accompaniment of each brother, assisting them to become culturally sensitive religious in the future.

1st of May 2016, follwing the number of years in the planning a group of 12 postulants were the first men to formally begin postulancy with the Asia Pacific Rehional Formation Program. The postulants who come from India, Philippines and Vietnam and later the korea and East Timor joined the said program. The formation team comprised of brthers from Philippines, Vietnam, India, Papua New Guinea and Australia. The Order rejoices in this opportunity given us through the generous response of these men in exploring the call of the Lord.
