Dear 𝗞𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮 𝗜𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗲 and all those who would like to join Mary's army,

As the hidden forces against which we battle gain momentum in the world around us, Our Lady wants to strengthen her army spiritually and numerically. Spiritually, she urges us to make use of her weapons. Numerically, she wants to gather the "critical mass" necessary for Divine Justice to conquer more souls by Grace.

Let us answer the pleas of our Queen and attend the 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮 𝗜𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 that will take place soon. This half-day recollection will begin with the rosary and two conferences by 𝗙𝗿. 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗣𝗳𝗲𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿, National Moderator of the Militia Immaculatae of the Traditional Observance in the Philippines. It concludes with the renewal ceremony at which both old and new participate. Old knights renew their consecration, while new knights officially enrol in the Militia Immaculatae. Renewing knights will receive a renewal packet.

St. Maximilian Kolbe said that Our Lady will never recoil in the face of her enemy. But neither will she go to war against him — and all that are of his side — without her children. Our Lady wants no victory that is not won by the labors and wounds of her loyal servants.

And this is why the recollection is also the occasion for us to 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻 the Militia Immaculatae. By bringing more sons and daughters to our Queen to become her knights we increase her glory and we prepare for the spiritual battles the Church must fight.

"Grant me to praise thee, O Holy Virgin,
Give me strength against thy enemies!"

2/ Ministry Policy

Lately, we have been contacted on several occasions about visiting sick people or offering funeral Masses for people living in Metro Manila and Rizal, but who had no connection to OLVC. It is sad to realize that many Novus Ordo priests are not going out to minister to their flock, probably out of fear of Covid.

This being said, the 4 priests stationed at OLVC cannot possibly handle the pastoral care of the millions of Catholics living in and outside the capital city.

Parishioners of Our Lady of Victories -that is, faithful who have been attending our Mass and receiving the sacraments for several months and have registered with us- are entitled to receive spiritual assistance of the SSPX, especially in danger of death and for subsequent funerals.

Depending on circumstances and whenever available, the priests will also consider spiritually assisting proven “online parishioners” (during this pandemic) or close relatives of regular Mass attendees.

But we cannot possibly go and indiscriminately give Extreme Unction to the dying or bless dead persons, when these people and their spiritual condition (religious practice, matrimonial status, etc.) are unknown to us.

3/ Parking and Access to Church
Since churches can officially reopen, do not enter our premises through the school but through the gate at the corner of Betty Go Belmonte and Cannon Rd. Please resume as before in regards to parking.

This coming Sunday, August 29, the 4 usual Masses (7.15am, 9am, 11am and 5.30pm) will be celebrated at the church.

If you are not sick, you are welcome to attend, wearing your mask and sanitizing your hands out of charitable precaution for others.

For the Saturday evening Mass and all the Sunday Masses, the only access to the church will be through the school pedestrian gate. (PWD faithful can approach the guard for assistance.)

1/ No parking allowed on Betty Go or Cannon Rd.
2/ No parking allowed on the priory or the school parking lots.

3/ Do not congregate on sidewalks outside the church, the priory or the school.
5/ No activity or group gathering allowed at the basement throughout the day.

We are doing our best to offer you the Sacraments safely. Thank you for observing these somewhat restrictive rules.
