This means that the Word of God, especially the Bible, should be our guide and strength in our daily lives. Just like a weapon protects a soldier in battle, the Word of God protects us from temptation, sin, and wrong decisions.

When we read, reflect on, and live out Godโ€™s Word, we become stronger in faith. In times of problems, fear, or confusion, the Word of God helps us choose what is right and good.

Especially in this Season of Lent, we are reminded to stay close to God by listening to His Word and allowing it to shape our thoughts, actions, and choices every day.
