Planning with purpose, Serving with love!

Days before the Youth Day, St. Padre Pio Parish Youth Ministry came together with one mission: to make this event meaningful for everyone. From planning the program, coordinating speakers, setting up activities, to arranging every little detail, every task was done with dedication and prayer.

It may have only taken a few days, but those days showed that teamwork truly makes the dream work. Every laugh, every late-night discussion, every shared idea brought us closer — and made the Youth Day possible.

DAY 02 | St. Padre Pio Parish Youth Day

The second day started with a lively Zumba session to fuel our bodies and energize our hearts, followed by a powerful plenary talk by Sir Gian Kirt that challenged us to live with purpose and faith. Team building activities brought us closer together, teaching us that we are stronger when we work as one.

But the heart of the day was the Holy Mass. In the silence and solemnity of the liturgy, we were reminded of why we serve, why we gather, and who we ultimately belong to. The Eucharist became our source of strength, our communal breath, and the highlight of our journey so far.

As we knelt in prayer and sang with one voice, we were reminded that this is more than an event — it is an encounter with Christ, and we are His youth.

DAY 01 | St. Padre Pio Parish Youth Day

The Youth of St. Padre Pio Parish gathered in faith for the first day of Youth Day. From the welcoming arrival and inspiring words of Sir Alger and Father Apu, to the fun animation and group sharing, each moment was meaningful — but the highlight was watching the documentary on the life of St. Carlo Acutis.

His story reminded us that holiness is possible in the ordinary, and that even the youth can lead others to Christ. With hearts stirred and spirits renewed, the day ended in prayer through benediction — ready for what God will reveal next.
