The Mother of Perpetual Help Youth and Lectors Ministry took part in the ๐——๐—œ๐—ฌ-๐˜„๐—ฎ ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ฃ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐—ธ๐—ผ ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฑ: ๐—ฃ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—น ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ธ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—–๐—ผ๐—บ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐˜๐—ถ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป last December. Today, we honor the memory of Nanay ๐——๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ฎ ๐—ข๐—ฏ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ ๐—๐—ถ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐˜‡. One of the guiding light and support of the Mother of Perpetual Help Chapel Family. She is one of the original composers of the Chapel's Hymn.

A devoted mother, grandmother, and public servant, her legacy of ๐—ธ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€ will continue to live on in the community she helped heal and the family she loved so dearly.

Last Sunday's "Kapiyestahan ha Capilihan 2025" event featured three competitive teams: the Yellow Team (Nobelity), the Green Team (Green Guardians), and the Black Team (Black Warriors).

Among the games were "Follow the Tracks", where players had to insert threads into a needle to form a cross-shaped track. This game taught the children an important lesson about the value of following and abiding God. The challenge of threading the needle symbolizes the difficulties we encounter in life but just as the task can be completed with focus and determination, walking with God ensures we do not get lost, no matter how hard our journey may be.

The second game tested the players' familiarity with Bible verses. In this activity, the words of a verse were jumbled, and the teams had to think and reconstruct the figure out the correct passage. The team that identified the correct verse in the shortest time was declared the winner. This game emphasized the importance of knowing and meditating on Godโ€™s Word.

Also included in the games were the "Build the Church Game", where players worked together to transfer cups from one area to another, ultimately building a tower. This game instilled a valuable lesson about unity and cooperation. Just as the early Church was built through the collective faith and efforts of its members, this activity reminded the children that building the Church and our faith as a community, it requires teamwork, trust, and shared commitment.

There were also many other games that provided the children the importance of living with God.

With the hope of bringing children closer to God and His Holy Church, the MPH-Youth and Lectors Ministry organized a fun-filled activityโ€”Kapiyestahan ha Capilihan 2025, with the theme: "An Kusog han Capilihan: An Pagtoo, Kultura, ngan Pagkaurusa."

This activity featured a series of engaging games for kids, each designed with a deeper purpose which intended to impart values rooted in faith, community, and the teachings of Christ. Through laughter, teamwork, and reflection, the children not only enjoyed the festivities but also learned important life lessons anchored in their relationship with God.

Alongside the organizers were the SK Officials of Bugho, who served as the main sponsors of the event. The program began with an opening prayer led by Ate Shean, followed by warm Words of Welcome from the Ministry President, Ate Cyril, and a talk by Ate Venus, who shared an inspiring message on โ€œAn Simbahan ug Ginoo ha Aton Kinabuhi.โ€Hon. Francis Ian Caduhay Banado closed the program reminding the children the importance of faith and service in God.

Through laughter, reflection, and shared experiences, the children were able to enjoy the the festive atmosphere while they have also deepened their understanding of Godโ€™s presence in their lives.
