What a wonderful and uplifting Saturday it was as members of the Alaminos Ward came together to learn, share, and strengthen our efforts in helping others come unto Christ.

Led by our ward missionaries, this special gathering brought together members of the Elders Quorum, Relief Society, and Youth, reminding us that missionary work is not just the responsibility of a few—it is a blessing and opportunity for all of us. Through our simple acts of love, friendship, service, and testimony, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those around us.

We are grateful for everyone who attended and participated. The spirit of unity, faith, and enthusiasm was truly felt as we discussed ways we can work together in the Lord’s work and support those who are seeking truth and hope.

As we continue to follow the Savior’s example, may we always be willing to reach out, invite, and share the joy of the gospel with others.

“Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.” — Matthew 5:14

✨ Together, we can help light the way for others to come unto Christ.

Last Saturday, June 6th, was a truly special and joyful day as we witnessed the baptism of Bro. Eric, Sis. Norivic, Bro. Lucas, and Bro. Niccolo.

Their decision to follow Jesus Christ through the covenant of baptism is a beautiful testament of faith, courage, and commitment. We rejoice with them as they begin this new chapter in their discipleship journey and continue to draw closer to our Savior.

We are grateful for everyone who supported and participated in making this sacred occasion meaningful and memorable. May our newly baptized brothers and sister continue to feel the love of Heavenly Father and the strength that comes from walking the covenant path.

“Come unto Christ, and be perfected in Him.” — Moroni 10:32

Today, some members of the Alaminos Ward, together with our full-time missionaries, participated in the Brigada Eskwela held at different public schools around the area. We were grateful for the opportunity to lend a helping hand by sorting books in the library, painting railings, cleaning classrooms, and fixing chairs around the school grounds.

Simple acts of service can make a meaningful difference in creating a better learning environment for students and teachers. We are thankful for the chance to work together, strengthen community ties, and follow the Savior’s example of serving others.

Today was a wonderful day filled with laughter, teamwork, friendship, and faith. As we gathered under the theme, "United in Christ through Teamwork and Love", we strengthened not only our bonds with one another but also our commitment to follow the Savior's example of unity and service.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this activity meaningful and memorable. Together, we learned that when we work with love and put Christ at the center, we can accomplish great things.

Last Sunday was made even more special as we celebrated Mother’s Day and warmly welcomed new members into the Alaminos Ward family through baptism. 🤍

We rejoice with the faith and beautiful example of the Coton Family and Nanay Luisa Sulad as they chose to follow the Savior through the covenant of baptism. What a wonderful reminder of love, faith, and new beginnings.

A truly joyful and spirit-filled Sunday for the Alaminos Ward.

Last Saturday, March 21, the Alaminos Ward Relief Society sisters joyfully joined in celebrating the 184th anniversary of the founding of the Relief Society. It was a meaningful gathering where the sisters were reminded of their divine identity and sacred roles in helping build the kingdom of God. They were encouraged to continue being instruments in the Lord’s hands—sharing His love through acts of service, strengthening faith, and showing Christlike love and compassion in their daily lives.

As part of the program, each ward beautifully showcased the service projects they had accomplished prior to the anniversary through creative exhibits and photo galleries. These displays reflected not just the work that was done, but the hearts behind the service—the quiet sacrifices, the unity, and the desire to lift others. It was inspiring to see how Relief Society sisters, in different ways and circumstances, are truly living their purpose and making a difference in the lives of others.

Feb. 21, 2026, with the activity titled "One-day Mission: Sprinkled with Friendship", our Youth whipped up their baking skills and shared some sweet treats to our fellow members in the nearby area.

Blessed with the opportunity to go and visit, the ward youth expressed how happy they are that they got the chance to serve with small but meaningful way. Also, they took the challenge to continue visiting friends in our ward.

May we always be reminded that serving others can be this simple but fulfilling and sweet. 💗
