I. Righteous Worry (Matuwid na Pag-aalala)
- Restoring and Protecting Relationships
A. Ipanalangin sila
- 1 Samuel 1:2

- Awit 139:23–24

* Hayaang siyasatin ng Diyos ang ating puso.
* Alisin ang maling motibo, takot, at kasalanan.

C. Hangarin ang Spiritual Growth
- 2 Corinto 11:28–29

* Magkaroon ng malasakit sa paglago ng pananampalataya.
* Maging sensitibo sa presensya ng Panginoon.

II. Unrighteous Worry (Maling Pag-aalala)

A. Hindi nagtitiwala sa tamang panahon ng Diyos
- Mangangaral 3:1

* Nais nating madaliin ang plano ng Diyos.
* Nakakalimutan nating may tamang oras ang lahat.

B. Nakatuon sa kakulangan ng mundo
- 2 Hari 6:25

III. Paano Malalampasan ang Worry?

A. Ituon ang ating paningin sa Diyos
- Mateo 6:31–33

* Unahin ang Kaharian ng Diyos.
* Huwag hayaang kontrolin ng pag-aalala ang buhay.

B. Ituon ang pansin sa kasalukuyan
- Mateo 6:34
"Do not worry about tomorrow."

💭❓Questions for Reflection

5. Am I a warrior or a worrier?

🔑Key Truth

"Do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." -Mateo 6:34

Topic: Anong Klaseng Pabango Ka sa Diyos?
Text: Marcos 14:3–9

Nilinis Niya tayo at ginawa tayong bagong nilalang.

I. Binago Tayo ng Diyos

* Binago tayo ng Diyos sapagkat nilinis Niya tayo.
* Pagkatapos tayong linisin, minomolde Niya tayo ayon sa Kanyang kalooban.

- Resulta:

II. Gusto ng Diyos na Manatili Tayong Mabango

* Gusto ng Diyos na maging mabango tayo sa Kanyang harapan.
* Lumalapit tayo sa Kanya sa pamamagitan ng:
* Panalangin
* Pagbabasa ng Kanyang Salita
* Pagsunod sa Kanyang utos
* Tulad ng babaeng may alabastrong sisidlan, ibinigay niya ang pinakamahalaga kay Jesus, hindi ang tira-tira.

III. Lagi Nating Piliing Maging Mabango

* Sinabi ni Jesus tungkol sa babae: "She has done what she could."

VI. Panatilihin Natin ang Bango ng Panginoon

* Hayaang manatili sa ating puso ang bango ng Panginoon.
* Mamuhay sa:
* Pananampalataya
* Pagmamahal
* Pagpapakumbaba
* Katapatan
* Paglilingkod

Reflection:

Topic: Brace Your Faith

1. To Strengthen Our Faith

📖 Hosea 10:12

- A strong faith begins with a heart that seeks God. When we surrender ourselves to Him and choose what is right, He fills our lives with His love and guidance.

📖 Hebrews 10:25

- We are not meant to walk alone. Fellowship with other believers encourages us, strengthens our faith, and reminds us that we are part of God's family.

📖 Exodus 20:8

- Giving time to God is not a duty but a privilege. When we honor Him and spend time in His presence, our hearts are refreshed and renewed.

2. To Prepare for Impact

Jeremiah
- God prepares us before He uses us. As we trust Him and grow in faith, He equips us to be a blessing and an influence to others.

3. To Make a Defense

📖 Ephesians 6:16

- Faith is our shield in difficult times. When doubts, fears, and trials come, trusting in God's promises helps us stand firm and overcome.

🌱 Reflection:

As women, we carry many responsibilities and face different challenges in life. There are times when we feel tired, discouraged, or overwhelmed. Yet God calls us to strengthen our faith, remain faithful in fellowship, and trust Him completely. When we make God our priority, He prepares us for every task and equips us to face every battle. May we continue to stand firm, encourage one another, and be women whose faith shines as a testimony of God's love, grace, and faithfulness.

Topic: Like Teacher, Like Student
Text: 2 Timothy 2:15

Key Thoughts:
- Teach the Word of God correctly.
- Follow the example of Jesus Christ.

As believers, we should recognize the importance of having Godly and faithful teachers.

Importance of a Good Teacher

1. As Believers
📖 Philippians 3:17–19
- Follow the example of faithful Christians.
- Learn from teachers who live according to God's Word.

2. Standing Firm in the Truth
📖 Galatians 1:8–9
- Hold on to the true Gospel.
- Be careful of false teachings.

3. Studying and Examining the Bible
📖 Acts 17:11
- Read and study the Bible regularly.
- Test every teaching according to Scripture.

🌱 Reflection:

As women of faith, we have a powerful influence on the lives of those around us—our children, families, friends, and fellow believers. Just as a teacher shapes the life of a student, our words and actions can encourage others to grow closer to God. Therefore, we must continually learn from God's Word and follow the example of Christ. At the same time, we should personally study and apply the Scriptures so that our faith remains strong and grounded in truth. As we grow in our relationship with the Lord, we become women who inspire, nurture, and lead others through a life that reflects His love and faithfulness. ❤️

Topic: Love
📖 Key Verse
“We love because He first loved us.” — 1 John 4:19

This verse reminds us that love doesn’t start with us—it starts with God. Our ability to love, especially when it’s hard, flows from experiencing His love first.

✨ Perfect Love — God
God’s love is:
💗Unconditional — not based on what we do
💗Sacrificial — shown through Jesus Christ
💗Consistent — never changing

Perfect love is not just something God does—it’s who He is. His love becomes our model.

😓 Difficult People — Loving the Hard to Love
Some people are:
-Hurtful
-Unkind
-Misunderstood
-Makes our life difficult

Loving them is difficult because it challenges our emotions and pride. But this is where God’s love is most visible—when we love beyond what feels natural.

✨Trinitarian Model of Love✨
1. God the Father — The Heart of Love
Source of love

Shows compassion, patience, and care

Like a perfect Father who never gives up

2. Jesus Christ — The Expression of Love
Love in action

Forgave even in suffering

📖 Example:

“Father, forgive them…” — Luke 23:34

Even in pain, Jesus chose love over hatred.

3. Holy Spirit — The Empowerment of Love
Gives us strength to love when it’s hard

Transforms our hearts

Helps us respond with patience, kindness, and forgiveness

🌱 Application
Receive God’s love first

Let His love change your heart

Ask the Holy Spirit for strength

Choose to love—even when it’s difficult

Stepping Forward with God in the New Year
Isaiah 43:18–19

As we begin a new year, God invites us to step forward with Him.

• Forget the past
— Through Christ Jesus we are forgiven.
- Let go of yesterday, forgive others, and forgive yourself.

• Offer the future to God
— Pray before you plan.
- Trust God with what lies ahead.

• Renew your faith daily
— Walk with God everyday by staying rooted in His Word and presence.
