"A Journey of Faith: Celebrating 42 Years of Commitment at AFB Pocalpocal"

On December 23, 2023, the AFB Pocalpocal congregation celebrated its 42nd church anniversary. The event was held with the theme "The Cost of Following Jesus" from Matthew 4:19, which reminded the attendees of the sacrifices and blessings that come with being a Christian.

Throughout the celebration, the members expressed their gratitude to God for his unwavering faithfulness and goodness for the past four decades. They reminisced on the countless moments of spiritual growth, unity, and divine provision.

The guest speaker, Ptr. Cristobal D. Celino delivered a powerful message that echoed the theme and encouraged the congregation to reflect on the profound meaning of discipleship. His words reminded everyone of the challenges and rewards that come with following Jesus, inspiring renewed dedication among the faithful.

After the spiritual nourishment, the celebration extended into a year-end party which signaled not just the culmination of another year but also a testament to the resilience and camaraderie within the AFB Pocalpocal family. Members, old and new, enjoyed the joy of fellowship, laughter, and warmth.

As the event concluded, the congregation extended heartfelt thanks to all those who contributed tirelessly to the success of the celebration. They acknowledged and proclaimed that all glory and honor belong to God, who has sustained them throughout the years.
