We often see the workday as something mundane, something that we just need to get through. From the first ringing alarm to the end of our shift, many times “work” is just “what we do between rest days.”

On the other hand, we often see church as something ritual, something that makes the rest of our week holy.

The truth is that there is no mundane versus ritual, no sacred versus secular. Work is worship, part of our holy calling.

In the next three weeks, let us study the theology of work: how God designed work for us to flourish, and to reflect His glory in our communities.

Here’s a look back at what happened last weekend!

🙌The Waiting Room | Singles Talk
Our Speakers shared about waiting. The waiting room is not a period of stagnation, but a sacred workshop. By shifting from passive endurance to active preparation—investing in your root system, character, and spiritual wholeness—you position yourself for growth. Trust the Master Craftsman with your timeline; your season of waiting is building the foundation for your future purpose. We also opened the floor for Q & A to help guide our single professionals to view their season in light of God’s design and purpose.

😇Worship Service
From our week 2 of Called to Courage series, we need the strength to trust God. There will be moments when we don’t understand what He is doing or where He is leading us. But faith reminds us that we don’t need to understand everything to trust Him.
When we have the strength to trust God, we can keep moving forward, knowing that in Him, faith always makes sense.

When we are afraid, we often find ourselves paralyzed, unable to make a decision. We may feel like we are facing a mountain trail, the trek becoming more and more challenging, with no guarantee that reaching the top will be worth the push.

However, when God calls us to do His will, He also gives us the courage and assurance that He has a plan and purpose for our lives. He goes before us, and walks with us every step of the way.

Over the next four weeks, let us journey together through the life and leadership of Joshua. We will see how when God calls His people forward, He gives them the courage and strength to finish strong.

Leadership is not about titles, rankings, or positions. It's not about awards, certificates, or recognition.

Jesus Christ, called the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, challenged His disciples to lead last. Even more than that, He modeled what it meant by defining leadership as serving others, even if it seems less impressive in the eyes of others.

Together, let us see how Christlike leadership advances God's kingdom in every sector of society, from generation to generation.
