Dear TSCF Coordinators, Patrons, Presidents, Vice Presidents, and Executives of our High Schools and Secondary Schools in Enga Province,
Greetings to you all in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
I am writing to share some important updates and to invite you all to a vital gathering for our ministry in the province.
First of all, I want to thank God for the wonderful success of our recent events. Kopen National School of Excellence successfully hosted a combined TSCF Handover and Takeover program together with Sir Tei Abal Secondary School and Kaki Secondary School. The entire program ended on a very high note, and everyone who attended was truly blessed by the fellowship, worship, and transition of leadership.
On that exact same date, Four Square Secondary School also hosted its own TSCF Executives Handover and Takeover program. Because both events happened at the same time, our team had to split up. Some of our TSCF patrons and coordinators attended the event at Four Square Secondary School, while others attended the combined program at Kopen. Having two major events clash on the same day caused some inconvenience, and we realize that our programs should not run against each other in this way.
Looking ahead to Week 8, we have three more schools set to host their TSCF handover and takeover programs: Porgera Secondary School, Pila Kambi Secondary School, and Anditale Secondary School. If we do not plan carefully, these programs will clash once again on the same week.
To solve this problem and ensure we support every school properly, the Enga Provincial TSCF Coordinators, Patrons, and Presidents who were available sat down together recently. We agreed on a clear resolution: we must hold a main meeting to organize our provincial calendar and coordinate all future school programs effectively.
Therefore, we are officially calling a special meeting on Saturday, 22nd of August 2026, at Lankep Street RMCN Church in Wabag Town.
