TO PASTORS, LEADERS, AND CONGREGATION OF CAOG:

VERY IMPORTANT AWARENESS AND ANNOUCEMENT:

What we are now experiencing which is the fighting, ethnic clashes, the killings and lawlessness including OBT uprising everywhere in our city is beyond the city authorities and police ability to deal with.

Why?

Because the real cause of these problems is spiritual.

It is becoming obvious that this fight is not against flesh and blood but against principalities, powers against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

(Eph 6:12).

It is a fight against demons and demonic activity waging warfare against us.

So the churches need to rise up and fight back this evil that is coming in like a flood terrorizing our homes, our families, our schools/institutions, businesses, and the community at large.

Our freedom and peaceful right to life is under attack, and as believers, we should not tolerate nor accept it as being normal.

Our Church has a duty and responsibility to step up in this fight.

So, as the senior pastor with our pastoral team, we have resolved that we will come together as a church to pray and intercede for our people and our city.

This will begin this Sunday, 30/08/26, time 5pm to 6pm (one hour only).

I therefore urge the whole church congregation, including all pastors, board members, ministry leaders, and all musicians, to attend this prayer and intercession meeting at the church.

If God be for us, who can be against us?

We will overcome this.

We are victorious in Christ Jesus.

But God wants us to come together and pray, which is a great start, and God will give us strategies to fight and overcome this evil.

I thank you all for your obedience to this call.

God bless you.

Ps P Kilembe
Senior Pastor
