The social and business measures restrict the following (quote).

"The following gatherings shall not occur (clause 5).

a. Provincial church gatherings
b. National church gatherings
c. Crusades
d. Conventions, and;
e. Provincial and National outreach programs"

But (clause 4) of the above provides the provisions of instructions for those ceremonies including 1.5 meter distance from each other in churches and outside. Imagine someone who wishes to enter a church has to wash his or her hands and feet before enter.

Then what about gatherings of similar environment bother not washing their hands and social distancing?

(Clause 6,7,8)..

"Licensed gambling venues, night clubs and horse racing"

Is it ethical or legal for someone to be alleged for not washing their hands and organising a religious crusade?
For instance, not washing a hand before church is legally not wrong bit ethically wrong. Such does not require someone to allege an offense.

Throughout history, Christians have suffered severe PERSECUTIONS as a result of government manipulating people's choice of worship through laws and regulations.

This is our sad fact, please Christians do not profess your faith without history knowledge. Lutherans, Methodists, Advents, Presbyterians, Biptists, off course protestants and ministry organisations, do not forgot the dark ages - the period of blood sheds when our forefathers suffered in curves, jail's, studiums, collesium, ect.

If PNG goverent does not review this Act, there's not wonder PNG will record many cases of the outbreaks plundering the world, COVID-19 is one of them.

Review this Act or the provisions of the Act restricting the religious gatherings. Prophets arise and tell the nation if the restriction on religious gatherings does not anger God.

Sunday churches overlapping the entire Bible to illusion in the name of NEW COVENANT.

Protestant churches today uphold a delusive doctrine that Christ's crucifixion did away with many former things and established new covenant.
Many followers having not known to the essence of the scripture, devil has turned blind eye to them and made them focus a spiritual realm with popular eulogy of Christ name. Pastors continue to preach that every Dos and Don'ts of the Bible are not important in Christs name and continue to sum congregation with philosophy based scriptural quotes. For an instance, the popular biblical illusion that Christ's new covenant do not require Christians to consider Sabbath with certain laws from the Old testament. Every Sunday, the pastors make collective sermons composed of human testimonies with few scriptural references.
So, did Christ do away Sabbath with certain old testament laws and practises in his new covenant?
First of all, covenant is a strong, solemn agreement between two parties, that gives a sense that in this case, the two parties involve an agreement between God and his people.
In the Bible, there are three primary covenants made:

1. Adamic covenant (God assured the fallen beings about the Grace), Gen. 3:15
2. Abrahamic Covenant (God's promise to Abraham), Gen 12:1-2
3. The New Covenant (a new covenant introduced in Jer. 31:31-34).

See that there are 3 covenants made through collequal of times. Jesus remains the Center of the covenants. Abrahamic Covenant is the renewal of the first covenant but Abrahamic covenant was made formal with the blood of Jesus. New covenant was actually an establishment of the old covenants.

New covenant vs old covenant

Hebrew 8:1,2 describes the New covenant the 'better than old covenant'. If the old covenant was not better or faulty, why did God establish the old covenant? The old covenant ceremonies were based on animal sacrifices therefore it cannot take away sins. The blood of Jesus established the old covenant's animal sacrifices through Jesus's blood.
Everyone must understand that the New covenant was an establishment rather than abolishment of the former cocenant.

Likely the Adventist will experience prophetic movement anytime at the latter days.

If we (SDA) church didn't need a prophet (Hellen G. White), we wouldn't progressed thus far to the end because the testimony of Jesus Christ complements the commandments.
On the question of will Adventist have modern day prophets, it is appealing to study the words from our last prophet herself.
When asked her about a successor prophet after her, she didn't provide certainty whether a latter prophet would succeed her or not. Twofold answers she gave are:
And if God, in his wisdom, love and mercy gave us the gift of prophecy in Ellen White, he might well do it again in the future!

On the basis of Joel 2:28-32 there is room for the possibility of more than one prophet in God's remnant church at the end of time.

God did not assure sister White of a prophet but given the possibility of Joel 2:28-32, SDA has to prepare well in prayer humility so that the New testament prophetic movement would happen uncertain.
"And it shall come to pass afterwards, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh, and your sons shall prophecy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions" (Joel 2:28).
If the Adventist cannot believe in modern day prophets, the basis that the Lord has provided all crucial messages of the testimony of Jesus through Ellen G. White.

What is sugar coating? Sugar coating is a figurative that means someone having dishonest with another person.

Do we have sugar coating in churches? The answer is yes.
'Preachers who do not interpret, teach bible truth and/or mislead their followers with false doctrines'.

How will you know that a doctrine is false?
A teaching might seem very true in its nature but may be wrong given a fact that half or many portion of the teaching may not be supported by the BIBLE (half truth - half false).
The devil does not entirely tell lies when it wants to destroy God's people. Deception is a rightful word to use when a teaching contains half truth and half false. Churches that teach half truth and half false teachings are sugar coating the gospel, being indoctrinated by the devil for short term benefits and eternal punishment. For an example, compare between Mathew 7:21 with Romans 10:13.

Mathew 7:21 "Not everyone that saith unto me, Lord Lord shall enter the kingdom of heaven." Someone may teach that Heaven does not belongs to everyone or all Christians because the passage includes the word 'everyone'. Well that may be half true!
Sugar coated churches will read and pause in this passage and will demand the followers fearing Christians the heaven demands conditions to duly fit many criteria in the kingdom of God!
What if the same preachers suddenly arrive at Romans 10:13 that states 'everyone that call God's name will be saved.' How will they interpret this text to the congregation?

Why do churches pay interest to establish churches in Port Moresby city?
Many churches try and extend boundaries to Port Moresby and other urban centers with their leaders having intention of increasing in wealth. But the sheeps, the followers having unknown to their leaders motives divert thousands as financial offerings that end up with those leaders committing theft.
It is duly important for each christian in a congregation to atleast know the flow chart of the tithes and offerings before the money end up in the pastor's hidden business projects. Many pastors claim to cater a congregation yet they have alot of financial objectives to enrich themselves out of the tithes and offerings. Projects might include buying properties, purchasing shares, and involving in SMEs. Confirm me wrong if pastors are doing side works involved in many SMEs apart from their ministry duties.
Is it biblical for a mission worker to involve in financial activities during engaged in God's ministry? Well the rule will differ according to different denominations however TOTAL COMMITMENT TO GOD is the principal all must never exclude in their ministries.
