Before we point out the faults of others, God calls us to first examine our own hearts. It is easy to notice the small mistakes in someone else’s life while ignoring the bigger issues within ourselves. Matthew 7:3–4 reminds us that true righteousness begins with humility, self-reflection, and repentance. We are not called to condemn people, but to love, guide, and restore them with grace. The same mercy we want from God should be the mercy we give to others. Let us remove the “plank” from our own eyes through prayer, surrender, and obedience to His Word, so we can see clearly and help others in love. May our lives reflect Christ’s compassion instead of criticism, His truth instead of pride, and His grace instead of judgment. Before judging others, look at yourself first, because God desires a humble heart more than a critical spirit. 🙏📖✨
