Reflecting on everything that has happened so far this year, I’m so thankful for the ways God continues to move through every season. From Sunday mornings at the coffee shop☕, to conferences🇵🇪, mission trips⛪, new relationships🗣️, and reconnecting with friends and family🫂, it’s been a year full of growth, community, and reminders of God’s faithfulness.

There have been busy moments, challenging moments, and really beautiful moments, and through all of it, I’m grateful to be part of what God is doing here in Latin America. 💜

Thank you to everyone who continues to pray, encourage, and support me along the way.

Last Sunday’s pop-up coffee shop went so well! ☕

It was such an encouragement to see people come, stay, and connect over something as simple as a cup of coffee. I’m so excited to keep serving coffee and watching this ministry continue to grow.

Grateful for everyone who has been praying! 🙏

Surprise friend reunions, Chinese New Year snacks with my Spanish class, and a Valentine’s night full of laughs with our young adults.
Summer break is over, everyone’s back, and the year is officially in motion — rooted, grateful, and excited for what’s ahead 🌿✨

I didn’t know anything, but I already was. This was something I heard in a sermon last year, and it touched me. Because I studied and I prepared, but when I arrived in Peru, it felt like I didn’t know anything. I didn’t feel like I knew how to be a missionary, but I already was one. So, rather than focusing on what I didn’t know, my focus shifted to how I can do my best with what I do know.

🌟 New Year, New Adventures!

Happy 2026! 🎉
Over the holidays, I visited family, friends, and our sending church, and even shared my first sermon as a credentialed pastor, a moment I’ll never forget. 🙏

This year I’m excited to:
☕ Help launch a pop-up coffee shop at church
🌎 Travel & attend conferences
🗣️ Finish my Spanish classes

Grateful for your prayers and support, they make such a difference!

✨ One year in Peru! 🇵🇪
I can hardly believe it’s already been a full year since I arrived here. This past year has been full of growth, ministry, language learning, and countless reminders of God’s faithfulness.

And to top it off, today I officially became a licensed pastor! God's timing really is amazing 🙌

Thank you to everyone who has prayed, encouraged, and walked with me on this journey. Here’s to another year of serving, learning, and seeing what God continues to do in Peru. 💛☕

One of the highlights this month was helping with Trazo. 👩‍❤️‍👩 🌸 Such a powerful reminder that we are meant to stand strong and lift one another up in Christ.

Una de las experiencias más especiales de este mes fue poder apoyar en Trazo. 👩‍❤️‍👩 🌸 Fue un recordatorio poderoso de que en Cristo caminamos firmes y nos levantamos juntos con fortaleza.

I’ve always enjoyed being a part of worship, but getting to help lead worship has been an incredible experience. It has stretched me, challenged me, and deepened my understanding of what it really means to have a heart of worship. 🎹🎶
Singing and playing in another language is so beautiful and I am so excited to continue growing and serving in this ministry. 💜

🏡☕ Finding rhythm, finding home.

Little by little, life in Peru is becoming more familiar—like the sound of the bus in the morning, the smell of fresh coffee from the cafeteria, and the joy of sharing life with new friends.

There’s still so much to learn, but routines are forming, Spanish is (slowly) sticking, and God is faithfully turning the unfamiliar into something deeply comforting. 💜

Thank you for your prayers as this place continues to feel more like home.
