Capital Church Wellington We are a mix of ethnicity and our gatherings are all in English.

Capital Church is a Christian Seventh-day Adventist church who gathers in Wellington city on Saturdays for worship, bible study, preaching, kids church and community. We gather every Saturday:
11:00am - Cafe/Morning Tea
11:30am - Main Worship service
1:00pm - Finish

Ever wished for "A day for Moms" that's not Mothers day, rather a day where you can catch up with other moms and health experts in the field?

That's exactly what is happening on Sunday the 23rd august between 12 noon and 4pm.

Drop-in or stay a while, connecting with other moms & health leaders. and enjoy the variety of short presentations( see program for times)
Coffee and refreshments, giftbag and goodies will add to your experience

There is even an "ask a dad couch" for the fathers who tag along.

Bring your baby /toddler kids along- there will be a safe play area with teachers supervising.

Who is Tarore, and what does a Maori girl have to do with the gospel?
Tomorrow Pr Dwayne Strickland will speak at Capital church and share the story of how the gospel meets the deepest needs of people, using the story of Tarore, and how she had a significant role in spreading Christ's message of peace amidst tribal conflict and tension in Aotearoa.
Pr. Dwayne pastors in Maranatha Rotorua and is a long-time friend of Capital Church.

Come along from 3.30pm for a 4pm start, enjoy a hot cuppa and some afternoon snacks. We will share a meal after the service so if you can, you are welcome to bring along some food to share.
