ANZAC Service at St Leonard's (9.30am, Sunday, April 26th)

Everyone is welcome to join us at St Leonard's Church in Matakana for our 9.30am service on Sunday which will be a time of ANZAC remembrance.

Services on Sunday Cancelled

Dear friends

Cyclone Vaianu is forecast to make landfall in the early hours of Sunday morning. As you will have seen, the Met Service has issued multiple warnings regarding heavy rain and wind. These warnings cover all our area.

In order to keep all our parishioners safe, we have taken the decision to cancel the services in the parish on Sunday.
We feel it is important that we act with an abundance of caution hence this decision.

Take care, everybody, and please pray for first responders and emergency workers who will be in action around the country.
