Life happens! Things don't always go our way... it's a part of being human. We can't control the universe, the things around us, or other people. However, we can control what we are responsible for - ourselves.

We can control not only our actions, but our reactions to our environment. We can choose how to respond from the daily traffic jam on our commute to work, to the deep heartache of loss.
