There is no scheduled Christmas Eve service at St Peter's Church, Wallingford or Pōrangahau this year. Joan has retired and we have no vicar at present. Arch deacon, John Matthews of St Lukes Havelock North, has tried to find someone to take the services however has not had any luck. If people are interested we can look to hold a service in the New Year and/or Easter.

PLEASE COME AND JOIN US ON CHRISTMAS EVE FOR A COMMUNITY CHRISTMAS SERVICE FOLLOWED BY A BYO BOTTLE AND PLATE GATHERING ON THE LAWN.

THE SERVICE IS VERY CHILD FRIENDLY AND ALL VISITORS AND RELATIVES ARE WELCOME.... THE MORE THE MERRIER.

Its pancake making time at Wallingford! - This Sunday 8th March is time for our next special service for the young and young at heart and its St Peter's Wallingford's turn. Its a tradition at the start of lent to make pancakes and although we are now a week into lent we think its a good excuse to make pancakes as we explore the theme "Making Space for the Things that Count" - Do come and bring friends. As usual we will have singing and prayer and fun activities followed by sharing communion together then afternoon tea!! 2.00pm!
