Grief can be isolating, especially when faced with pressure to ‘be happy’ or ‘have it all together’. At Growing Through Grief, the 'Exploring the Seasons of Grief' programme creates a space where you'll be heard, supported, and understood.
The group experience provides an authentic environment to connect with others that fosters genuine understanding and the opportunity to learn ways to navigate change, loss, and grief.
‘Exploring the Seasons of Grief’ programme offers a pathway to healing as personal and unique as the grief you carry.
