Today we farewelled Tim and Mary Ann Harding, a very special couple who have been key people in our st mary's family .. for nearly 80 years on Tim's part and 56 years on Mary Ann's..we kept Mary Ann working til the last moment as she read the epistle one last time then served the morning tea at her own special farewell morning tea! Good bye and God bless to you both!!!

Thank you to everyone who came to our pot luck lunch yesterday and/or our patronal festival service today! Thank you for all the delicious contributions to our feast ...it's amazing how, without controlling what people were to bring, we managed to have such a wonderful variety with plenty of options for both courses! We have so many wonderful people to celebrate here at St Mary's - - and we want to honour all those who do the many many tasks which make our church a special place: gardening, polishing silver and brass, laundering linen, cleaning the church, reading the lessons and officiating as liturgists, banking the money, fundraising, sides people welcoming at the door, our wonderful flower arrangements, morning tea providers, on and on!!!! Come and join us as we celebrate and give thanks and then get together for a special morning tea!!
