Woman to Woman. Learn strategies and skills to make positive and lasting change.

This course explores the patterns behind our behaviour, relationships, and emotional struggles, helping uncover how family dynamics, coping strategies, shame, grief, and forgiveness shape the way we live. It recognises that every woman carries the strengths and weaknesses of her background into her family, work and church relationships.

In a safe and supportive environment,participants are equipped with insight,strategies, and skills to break free from the past, make lasting change, and step confidently into the future.
