We had a great hunt with Bryan to finish up our 2025 hunting season. We hunted a Fallow buck and also did a wilderness hunt for Tahr and Chamois and took great animals. Our alpine species are so great to hunt at this time of year and the coats on the Tahr are next level amazing!! Bryan is a very happy hunter!

Thanks to all our hunters that trusted us with their New Zealand hunting experience!! We are privileged to have shared our beautiful country with you and enjoyed our time together in the hills!

Hunting the West Coast wilderness is always a good time and it was great to chase some old man bull Tahr this week with Jon from Alaska and . Great work finding an 11 year old bull for Jon! What a great experience!

We call these dark coated Tahr “bush bulls” because you only see them in the open in the peak of the rut and then they disappear again. This bull was on a steep rock wall with his nanny tahr and although he was in range there was no way for recovery so we left him.

Hopefully we can find him again soon! What do you think?

Never say never! 81 years old Mike from Alaska has hunted sheep all his life and getting a Tahr with us was his dream hunt! He hunted a beautiful bull Tahr yesterday after a long day on the mountain.

We hunted Stag for a couple days and Mike took a ripper Red Stag and Ram! Way to go!! Legend!
