This week we take a break from our weekly schedule for a fun evening at the Tauranga Waterfront with two large-scale lighting installations, fire performances, neon face painting, photobooth, and surprise encounters with luminous roaming characters. Will also have the chance to try your own circus skill with Have a Glow Circus!
