We had a great team of people helping with work around Christ Church the historic church in Wingate.
Corrections do a great job mowing the lawns but a good tidy up every few months is necessary as well - especially after wild winds. We finished off with a BBQ and Lumberjack cake!

On Saturday, 9th March we had a hardworking group of Christ Church supporters on hand to tidy up the church grounds, followed by a shared lunch.
We sat on the Wendy Routley memorial seat under the shade of the old tree and talked about all the projects we would like to do!
It is great to view the now closed in Visitors' centre and hope the trust developing the Visitors Centre will be able to move quickly towards completing it.
