Sadly, we sometimes reward appearing strong more than being honest.

Because of this, expressing emotions no longer feels safe or important. We learn how to sound spiritually mature while quietly hiding our doubts, fears, and struggles.

We feel like we always need to appear strong in faith and joyful even during difficult seasons. But deep inside, we ignore what we are truly going through.

There is nothing wrong with choosing faith during hard moments.

But choosing faith is different from denying reality.

Sometimes, our faith may look strong on the outside while inside we feel unseen, pressured, exhausted, or emotionally disconnected.

Acknowledging emotions does not mean we are controlled by them.

It simply means we no longer have to suppress them.

Real faith is not about pretending to always be okay.

Sometimes, real faith is being honest about our pain while still choosing to hold on to God’s truth.

Water Baptism 26.04.2026

Water baptism is an outward act that symbolizes an inward transformation in a believer’s life. In the Bible, it represents:

1. Obedience to Jesus

Jesus commanded believers to be baptized:

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.”
— Matthew 28:19

Baptism is not just a tradition — it is a step of obedience after believing in Christ.

2. Identification with Christ

Water baptism symbolizes:

* Going under water → dying to the old life
* Coming out of water → rising to new life in Christ

“We were therefore buried with Him through baptism into death… that we too may live a new life.”
— Romans 6:4

3. Public declaration of faith

Baptism is a visible testimony that a person belongs to Jesus.
It tells others:
“My old life is gone, and I now follow Christ.”

4. Cleansing symbol

Water represents spiritual cleansing, though the water itself does not save.

“Repent and be baptized…”
— Acts 2:38

Important

Baptism itself does not save a person.
Salvation comes through faith in Jesus Christ, while baptism is the obedient response to that faith.

“For it is by grace you have been saved through faith…”
— Ephesians 2:8

Simple meaning

Water baptism is an outward sign of an inward change.

You may not understand what’s going on in your life. You may feel so tired and weak. But don’t stop talking to God. Connect to Him, and never forget to pray. He is listening to you. Maybe you think that there’s no hope left, but keep walking because He is holding your hands along the journey. ...
