Sunbeams Preschool Gym A preschool gym programme run through the St John's church located at St Johns Church building, cnr Victoria & Ranolf Sts.

The programme consists of free play on gym equipment, followed by music and dance, finishing with a healthy morning tea.

Wishing you all a great Father's Day, whether you're a father, father-to-be, step-father, father of an angel, father-figure, grandfather...
Hoping you find a moment to remember the adventures and challenges that have brought you and your whānau to where you are today. You've made it through another year and I'm sure have blessed those around you.
It's been amazing having so many of you fathers and grandfathers be a part of our Sunbeams whānau! See you all again tomorrow!

DID YOU KNOW: Sunbeams is free for children under 1.
Bring your little person in and they can explore a new environment. There are baby toys, a quiet corner for tummy time or a place just to sit and take it all in. There are also plenty of things for your little explorer to pull themselves up on. Bubbles are a favourite to start our music sessions, and we have a healthy morning tea which can suit some of our younger participants (think banana, crackers, cheese...)
Come on down and check it out, and have yourself a coffee, chat, or just a quiet moment.

Hey team!

Spring is just around the corner! Have you noticed the buds forming, the daffodils coming out and the days getting warmer and lighter? Super exciting ay!?

Come along and join us this week where we have our usual fun and games...climbing frames, tunnels, bubbles, songs (you're welcome to join in dancing with me too!), colouring in, books...and more (Oh, don't forget the coffee/hot drink and treat for the adults!)

Looking forward to hanging out tomorrow with you and your little ones.

Come along and join us this week at Sunbeams and give yourself a moment to enjoy a hot drink while your little person explores.

We have helping hands if you're venturing out for the first time, or if you're just needing an extra set. Sunbeams is a great place to meet other mums, dads, and grandparents. If you're new, we'd love to meet you! If you've been along before, we look forward to seeing you again ☺️

DID YOU KNOW?
Sunbeams is not just for the kids! We might have lots of play equipment out, but Sunbeams is also a place to come if you just need to get out of the house, grab a coffee and have a breather while your little person plays. We've got hot drinks and a little treat on offer for morning tea for the adults, as well as extra sets of hands to help where needed.

Sunbeams is a great place to catch up with a friend while your little person explores, or a place to come to meet new friends.

Oh and you can also get your daily exercise in by joining in with me and the kids dancing in the music sessions, yusss! 🕺

Kia ora whānau

We're back into regular Sunbeams this week, with our music session in the auditorium.

If you haven't been along before, let me fill you in...
Our sessions start with free play, followed by music and movement, morning tea, then free play again. There's plenty of space for your tamariki to run, crawl, jump, climb, kick a ball, or just chill out and read a book. We have space dedicated to quieter play and exploration for our younger ones who are not yet so mobile.

Hot drinks and morning tea are available for the adults, and a healthy morning tea for the kids.

Sunbeams is open 9.30-11.30am Mondays and Tuesdays during term time. You are welcome to come and go as you please during those hours.

We look forward to seeing you along this week!
