Starting this week - we delve into the relentlessly honest book of Ecclesiastes.

This book is the source of so many common sayings, like:
"Vanity of vanities"
"For everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven" (makes a pretty good song!)
"A time to be born, and a time to die"
"There's nothing new under the sun"
"Chasing after the wind"
"Of making many books there is no end, and much study is a weariness of the flesh" "A cord of three strands is not quickly broken"
"The race is not to the swift nor the battle to the strong"
"Cast your bread upon the water"

And it will be the source of much challenge and growth for us, if we let it! We'd love to have you with us - all very welcome.
