Dear FBC Whaanau,
UPDATE: CYCLONE VAIANU – SUNDAY SERVICE MOVING ONLINE

After continued monitoring of the weather situation and the advice being given around travel, we have made the decision to move this Sunday’s gathering fully online.

While conditions in Pukekohe may not end up being as severe as elsewhere, current guidance is to avoid unnecessary travel due to the risk of surface flooding, debris, and hazardous road conditions. The best way we can care for one another is by keeping everyone safe and at home.

Please do NOT come to the church building this Sunday morning.

Instead, join us online for a special 10:00am service via our usual YouTube link

To make the most of the morning:
- Gather the household around the screen
- Have some communion elements ready (you can use any food and drink) so we can share communion together
- Make a hot drink and settle in comfortably
- Be ready for Scripture, reflection, worship, and a few interactive moments with those you’re watching alongside

Though we won’t be in the room together, we’re looking forward to sharing a meaningful and faith-filled morning as one church from many homes.
