State of Spiritual Maturity (1 John 2:12, Maturity - Christ likeness - Ephesians 4:13)
>> Childhood (1 John 2:12) - Thrilled of knowing Christ, wonder of being saved, But lazy, uncooperative, and playing. need to grow. example: Violent and Selfish (Mark 3:17, Mark 10:37, Luke 9:49-50)
>> Manhood (1 John 2:13-14) - God's workers and warriors, learn to serve. example: Humble and not Selfish (John 13:23-25, Acts 8:14-15, 1 John 1:7)
>> Fatherhood (1 John 2:13-14) - Christ like, Spend time with God to imitate him, having spiritual Children (winning soul, spreading the gospel), Best Worker.

Steps to maturity
>> Miracle of life (Need to be born again, Received Christ).
>> Takes Time (Spending time with God).
>> Nourishment (1 Peter 2:2, Jeremiah 15:16) - Word of God is our nutrition to grow, Meditate the word of God
>> Discipline (Hebrews 5:14) - Solid Food, exercise by spreading the Gospel
>> Do not be a dead stick

Letter of Peter - God is a God of hope. Let us not give up on Him easily, as God doesn't give up on us.

Spiritual Toxin (1 Corinthians 10:21, John 10:1-18)
>> Idolatry or stubbornness (Deuteronomy 5:8, Galatians 5:19-21),ex. Status, Money, Vices, Bitterness etc.
>> Witchcraft or Rebellion (1 Samuel 15:23),ex. "My body my rule", Rejection when not aligned to our perspective.
>> Self righteousness or Selfishness (Romans 10:3, Philippians 2:3-4),ex. "I, me and Myself", Doing it by our own way.

Prevention of toxin (Galatians 5:22-23) - Fruit of the holy spirit.

Spiritual Detoxification
>> Enter the Gate (John 10:7-10) - Jesus is the gate, How to enter? (Surrender our life to Jesus).
>> Follow the Shepperd (John 10:14-18) - Shepperd lead the the sheep into green pasture and into the right path, Shepperd guard and protect the sheep.
>> Stay with the flock (John 10:1-5) - Stay in the group lower the risk of attack, exhorting one another.

Year 2025 is quite a stretch for everyone but I praise God it didn't reached our breaking point but rather enlarged us in many good ways:

* Personal Growth: The year was a period of significant personal development, learning hard lessons, and discovering inner strength and purpose.

* Faith and Trust: The difficulties of this year taught us to lean more on faith in God, trusting His larger plan even when things were uncertain or painful.

* Challenges and Trials: Has "stretched" us to overcome unexpected difficulties, losses, anxieties, discouragements, and hardships.

* Timing and Purpose: The attitude of gratitude for how the challenges "shaped" or "refined" us, believing these moments of pressure were actually preparation for future blessings and/or greater purpose.

* Reflection and Resilience: The end of this year prompted reflection on survival and resilience, being proud of enduring these "stretching" moments. making us ready and confident for the year ahead.

Now may the God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, that after we have suffered a while in 2025, will now perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle us. And His grace abounds towards us, always having all sufficiency in all things, be in good health, and being fruitful abundance in every good work.

Have a fruitful 2026 to us all!
