This Sunday we have Hudson Bond preaching and a shared brunch/lunch after both morning services - bring along a plate to share and hangout with the church whanau! 🍎🍞🍕🧁🍪

And in the evening, our very own kids pastor, Justis Wickliffe preaching, and we have waffles & ice-cream after the service!! 🧇🍦

We are continuing our response to Cyclone Gabrielle and working with churches in the Hawkes Bay. This coming week we are sending a truck, filled with essential items that aren't available in Hawkes Bay. We are also taking the food truck to distribute hot meals to volunteers, support workers, and those whose houses are uninhabitable. Here is a list of items you can bring along to church this Sunday to donate.
Food: Cereal, Sugar, Oil, Pasta, Tea, Cookies, Water, Flour, Longlife Milk
Packaging: Rubbish Bags, Gladwrap, Foil, Disposable Plates, Cutlery & Cups, Paper Towels
Hygiene: Toothpaste, Razors, Deodorant, Shampoo & Conditioner, Tissues, Soap
Please only bring items from this list as this is what has been specifically requested from the Hawkes Bay churches we are working with. If you want to give to this cause you can donate to ARISE Care on our giving page - give.arisechurch.com 💙

This Sunday we are launching a new series 'Living Stones' with Ben Kendrew preaching.

After church we are hanging out at Avalon Park - meet at the pavilion from 1pm. BYO picnic lunch! If it's raining we will instead have a BYO Lunch at the Arise Centre - with a movie available for the kids!

FRESH START SUNDAY + BACK TO SCHOOL SUNDAY 🤩📝🎓

This Sunday we are celebrating the joining of our two campuses, and it's also back to school for the kids! We've got $1 pulled chicken buns from the Food Truck, a bouncy castle for the kids, and as always, coffee for the adults.

We’re looking for someone who loves God, loves people, and is skilled in the area of developing leaders. ARISE Church is a dynamic, vision-led organisation seeking a Development Leader for our Wellington Campus.

The Development Leader is charged with growing leaders and Church builders. Finding, releasing, and training A-Team members is central to the future of ARISE Church. The Development Leader outworks discipleship and strategies to grow our church members in the gifts God has placed on their life, through modes such as Pathway and Alpha.
