There is something beautiful about welcoming a second child. Your heart doesn't split in two—it grows.
To every parent expecting or raising their second baby, here are a few reminders:
🤍 Don't compare your children. God created each of them with a unique purpose and personality.
🤍 Spend intentional time with your firstborn. They are adjusting too, and they still need your love, reassurance, and attention.
🤍 Don't feel guilty if life becomes busier. Love is not measured by perfection but by faithful presence.
🤍 Work as a team with your spouse. Pray together, encourage one another, and remember you're raising souls, not just children.
🤍 Most importantly, put Christ at the center of your home. Your children will learn more from the way you love, forgive, and trust God than from anything you say.
Parenting isn't about having all the answers. It's about walking with Jesus and allowing your children to see His love through your lives.
"Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain." — Psalm 127:1
To every growing family: May your home be filled with grace, patience, laughter, and the peace of Christ. ❤️
