St Peters Lunchtime Concert - Tuesday Tunes
Our next lunchtime concert on Tuesday 1st September at 12.15 to 12.45pm at St Peter's Anglican Church features the extremely talented Tuesday Tunes with a programme which promises to be full of surprises. Tuesday Tunes are a music ensemble who are also members of the Palmerston North Folk Club. Their musical genre includes instrumental works from England, Scotland, Ireland, France, Sweden and North America, mainly of ‘folk music’ origin. Their instruments are solely acoustic, are strings (fiddles, mandolin, banjo and guitar) and woodwinds (whistle, recorder). One member (currently overseas) adds a free-reed instrument (button accordian) to our ensemble.
All welcome. Tea and coffee provided. A koha would be appreciated.
