Easter is upon us! We are thrilled to have Pastor Stephen Haar with us leading services across Easter. Here are the details:

Maundy Thursday - 7pm at St Luke’s
Good Friday - 9am at Trinity, 10.30am St Luke’s followed by hot cross buns and a hot drink
Easter Sunday - 9am at Trinity, 10.30am St Luke’s

Our third Lenten Bible study is this Wednesday.

Emily will lead us in a time of discussion, looking at how Jesus was betrayed, arrested, abandoned and tried.

No need to prepare, just come for an evening of fellowship and learning.

This terms theme has been Dangerous Prayers. On Friday Wayne will be asking the question “Should we pray dangerous prayers?” Intrigued? I know I am! See you Friday night to learn more.

Join us for worship! This Sunday 8th March, the third Sunday in lent. Rex will be leading our services at both Trinity (9am) and St Luke’s (10.30am), with a message based on the story of Jesus and the Samaritan woman.

We can’t wait to see you there. As always a cup of tea and time to fellowship at the end of the services.

Our Lenten Bible studies start tonight!

Wayne will be getting us started with:

Jesus, a little bit different. We are going to be looking at two events from the week leading up to the passover, where Jesus did things a little bit differently from normal - The triumphant entry and clearing the temple.

No need to prepare, just come for an evening of fellowship and learning.

Today we begin the season of lent. 40 days to prepare our hearts and minds for Easter and what this means to us as Christians.

Lent begins with our Ash Wednesday service this evening at 7pm, at St Lukes. Dennis will lead us in this time of worship.

We are also running a series of Lenten Bible studies, focused on the last days of Jesus' life:
- 25 February lead by Wayne
- 4 March lead by Dennis
- 18 March lead by Emily, and
- 25 March lead by Paul

All the studies will be held at Emmaus, 91 Mihaere Drive. If you need a lift please get in touch with Emily. We look forward to seeing you there!

Join us for worship this Sunday, February 15th, as we celebrate the last Sunday in the Epiphany, Transfiguration Sunday.

The scripture readings for the day are Exodus 24:12-18, 2 Peter 1:16-21, and Matthew 17:1-9.

Services will be held at Trinity at 9am and St Luke's at 10:30am, with Bishop Richard and Rex officiating.
