• Opening remarks by the Chairperson – Secretary, Ashtosh Singh
• Financial report by Treasurer – Deepak Chand
• Re-election / nominations for office bearers: President, Secretary, Treasurer
• New member registrations or expressions of interest to participate
• Discussion on Mandali assets – repairs, replacements, or procurement (decision by majority)
• Discussion regarding Ram Naumi celebration (venue and arrangements)
• Round-table discussions or recommendations for the wellbeing of OSS
• Meeting closure by the Chairperson and final remarks by the President
