MINISTRY HIGHLIGHT 🙌
This month, we’d love to highlight our Men’s Gather Group, who meet every Tuesday at 7pm. Last month marked a special milestone as they held their very first camp. Many of you may have already heard the powerful testimonies that have emerged from this group since its beginning, and today we want to take a moment to share another incredible testimony from their time away.
"In early 2026, despite concerns over distance and short notice, the OBC men decided to hold our first camp at Finlay Park in faith.
The theme, “The Heart of a Man,” led us through meaningful discussions on the challenges, wounds, battles, and God-given desires for beauty, adventure, and purpose that men face today.
Memorable moments happened around the evening fire, where stories, laughter, and real connection were built. We also prayed for the upcoming e-camp.
It was a refreshing break from the rat race. Social times included swimming, cricket, and playground swings, while 11.5 kg of meat disappeared among 22 hungry men!
As iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17), God moved among the men from the Hibiscus Coast. Finlay Park will now be remembered as a place where hearts were touched.
We thank God for a powerful weekend and look forward to many more."
