Morena whanau, a brief update, both Tauwhara and Parawhenua were our local marae prepped for those needing refuge last night. We had no one come. Neither did Kohewhata in Kaikohe.

Conditions around here are good, glad it largely passed our rohe by.

Acknowledgements to Te Rūnanga-Ā-Iwi O Ngāpuhi for assisting to prepare with basic necessary supplies.
