I found Abigail's story of embodiment inspirational and utterly joyful! Advance notice, there are a couple of F bombs.

This week's episode of What's Underneath features musician Abigail Bengson, made possible with the support of Ergobaby. Use code STYLELIKEU15 for 15% off you...

Wonderful news that our little town has acquired these beautiful Stations of the Cross by celebrated artist Mary Horn. Many a contemplative moment to be entered into 💦🫧🤍👣🌀

Here are some of the Friends of the Forrester Gallery committee viewing a series of artworks by Mary Horn. The 14 works depict the Stations of the Cross. The Friends were able to purchase these works for the Forrester Gallery thanks to support from Rotary Club of Oamaru. The Gallery is grateful to the Friends and to Rotary for this significant gift to out collection.

Taizé service at St Luke's on Tees Street this Sunday 24 July. Beautiful, reflective service. Especially poignant in Winter!!

I love this image and can imagine many ways to incorporate these stones into individual or group contemplation! For now, what stone or series of stones represent a journey you are on?

Foe me, its the last 2 on the right. After a season of feeling simultaneously everywhere and nowhere at once I am intentionally slowing down. Slow is good for me right now. Slower movements, slower food, slower breathing, slower to speak, slower to react 🤍

Idea a day- journey stones
Lots of fun and quite helpful to use in personal meditation or as part of a group. Add a line to a plain stone and then lay them out. Wonder about what you notice or what part resonates with you.

Love this every time I see it. We've used this resource in our guided quiet times here in Ōamaru. Thought others might enjoy it too 🤍

How reassuring to know 'The sea remains the sea' 🌬️🌊⛈️☀️

Henri Nouwen has a number of books on Christian spirituality well worth reading / listening to if this prayer resonates for you 💟
