💙 Celebrating our special Dads at Doxa Deo Kids!

Today our Doxa Deo Kids had so much fun celebrating the amazing dads and father figures in their lives!

They got creative and made these special handmade “Dad, you ROCK!” gifts — a little reminder of just how loved, appreciated and awesome their dads are!

We are so grateful for the dads who love, lead, encourage, protect and point their children towards Jesus.

“The righteous who walks in his integrity—blessed are his children after him!” — Proverbs 20:7

Today we celebrate with Bible Society New Zealand 180 years of God’s grace and faithfulness! 🙌

What an incredible legacy of making God’s Word available and seeing lives transformed through Scripture.

Thank you for being such excellent ambassadors for the Kingdom of God and faithful co-labourers with so many churches, ministries and leaders across Aotearoa and beyond.

We honour the journey, celebrate the fruit, and look forward with great expectation to all that God still has ahead.

180 years of grace. 180 years of faithfulness. And the story continues! 📖🔥

Here’s to many more years of seeing God’s Word bring hope, transformation and life to our communities and nations.

Jesse Kelly just wanted to point out the elephant in the room regarding Sunday… the All Blacks are playing the Springboks at 3AM NZDT.

Regardless of the outcome, nothing is going to stop us from gathering together to celebrate with an incredible time of worship AND it’s the final week of our “Compelled by Compassion” Series.

It’s one thing to see a need with CONCERN, but God wants to move us to action with COMPASSION. We’ll look at how we are the hands and feet of Jesus in seeing hope, healing and wholeness experienced in our city.

Neels Janse van Rensburg will be preaching at the 🇿🇦 8:30AM Springboks Service and Jesse will be preaching at the 🇳🇿 10:30AM All Blacks Service…

JUST JOKING! You can totally go to the 8:30AM Afrikaans service and be an All Blacks supporter too, or wear a Springboks jersey to the 10:30AM English service😉

Have you watched Anja's testimony yet? 💙

There's nothing quite like hearing what God has done in someone's life — and Anja's story is a beautiful reminder that no one is too far, too broken, or too late for a fresh start. Watching her step forward in faith stirs something in all of us: the same invitation is open to you.

Baptism is that next step. It's a public "yes" to Jesus — a declaration that the old has gone and something new has begun.
