Today is ANZAC day and, as always, I (Dan) feel conflicted. We say "Lest we forget." We post images/graphics of depersonalised soldiers (not actual photos that remind us of the actual horrors of war). And, yet, for the most part, turn a blind eye to rising military budgets, our own inner (as individuals, communities, and nations) propensity for revenge and violence, and the wars that rage around the world. Super awesome to tautoko Pride Week through our Good Cafe this week! Shot Pride Taranaki for putting on such an cool range of events 🏳️‍🌈 🏳️‍⚧️

Thank you to the awesom team at the Taranaki Cathedral who hosted the Pride Community Breakfast yesterday morning. 😁

It was a beautiful event which was well attended by the LGBTQIA+ community and their allies 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈
