Nelson Tasman Bays Salvation Army The Salvation Army Nelson Tasman Bays Corps operates from Nelson & Motueka serving our community and church family Monday to Sunday.

The Salvation Army Nelson Tasman Bays Corps is a vibrant expression of The Salvation Army in New Zealand. We offer a range of different programmes with a particular focus on our community, families, youth and children. Our family friendly church service is every Sunday at 10.30am at the Nelson Centre where we run (Kids Church/Sunday School) part way through the service for our children aged 5-12yr

s. During the service, we also have a designated play area for our under fives. Our Family Stores operate from Monday to Saturday:

Nelson : Montgomery Square 548 9937 Mon-Fri 9:30am - 4:30pm, Sat 9:30am - 2.30pm

Richmond :316 Queen Street, 03 5449140. Mon-Fri 9:30am - 5pm, Sat 10am to 2pm

Some photos from our Kids Sewing Class that we started this year at the Nelson Salvation Army.
Our young sewers have been busy learning new skills and creating some wonderful projects, including face cloths, handbags, and pants. It has been incredible to watch their confidence and creativity grow with each project they complete.
We are so proud of everything they have achieved so far and are excited to begin our next project together.
A big congratulations to all of our sewing students for their hard work, dedication, and willingness to learn. We can't wait to see what you'll create next!
