ELIM N.Z. - OUR DREAM
We carry a bold, God-given dream: to see 20,000+ people gathering in Elim churches every Sunday across Aotearoa, worshipping Jesus, growing in faith, and reaching their communities.
We’re believing for 50 strong, healthy, Spirit-empowered churches across the nation, and we’re not stopping there. We’re committed to planting churches not only within New Zealand, but also into strategic nations around the world.
But here’s a question worth thinking about:
How do we play our part?
What could it look like for us to lean into this vision - locally, regionally, and globally?
One pastor can’t carry it. Everyone is needed.
It reminds me of that moment in Luke 5, when Peter’s net was so full it began to break. He couldn’t bring in the catch alone, so he called out to the other boats to come and help.
That’s the picture of this dream.
It’s going to take all of us. Every church, every leader, every believer, rowing together, responding to the call, and making room for a harvest only God could bring.
So, let’s ask ourselves:
What’s my role?
What’s our church’s role in the big picture?
How can we contribute to the dream - in our city, our region, and beyond?
Because when the Church unites around a shared vision, there’s no limit to what God can do through us.
This isn’t about growing an organisation, it’s about fulfilling the Great Commission. It’s about generations being reached, cities and towns being transformed, and nations turning to God.
Lead, serve, and carry the heart of this movement. It’s not always easy but your faithfulness is building something that will last for generations.
As we journey through this season, let’s stay aligned, expectant, and full of faith.
God is doing something significant, not just in our churches, but across our nation and the nations of the world.
Let’s keep leading with vision.
Let’s keep loving people well.
Let’s keep making room for God to move.
