“Blessings for Obedience”

Obedience is one of the greatest expressions of our love for God. The Lord does not ask for occasional obedience but a lifestyle faithfulness.

God promises blessings to those who hear his word and put it into practise. Obedience begins with Gods word in our hearts.

Deuteronomy 11:18 – 22 says “Fix these words of mine in your hearts and minds; tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads.
Teach them to your children, talking about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.
Write them on the door frames of your houses and on your gates, so that your days and the days of your children may be many in the land that the Lord swore to give your ancestors as many days that the heavens are above the earth.
If you carefully observe all these commands I am giving you to follow - to love the Lord your God, to walk in obedience to him and to hold fast to him”

Before obedience can be seen outwardly, it must first be planted inwardly💯
When Gods word fills our hearts, it shapes our thoughts, decisions and actions✊

Our obedience to the Lord becomes a testimony that influences our children, families and people around us.

Today’s message is a great reminder to treasure Gods word, and that when we walk in obedience, we position ourselves to experience the blessings God will pour over his people✨

John 14:15 If you love me, keep my commands.

John 14:21 Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father and I too will love them and show myself to them.

John 15: 7 If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish , and it will be done for you

•Let us continue to be doers of the word not hearers only.
•Spend more time with the word of God if you want to grow spiritually and become stronger.

Obedience to his word brings blessings🙏

“GROWING IN THE DRY SEASON”
Ecclesiastes 3:1-2 “There is a time for everything and a season for every activity under the heavens: a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot”

God allows you to go through Dry Seasons bringing: Discouragement, No Motivation, Slow progress, Feeling Stuck, Uninspired to do anything, Your Spirit feeling tired

Additionally, YOU:
• Forget the promises of God
• Forget about Gods calling
• Forget the power of the anointing of the holy spirit
• Forget about authority

God used dry seasons to shape His people.
Job endured painful boils and unimaginable loss. He felt that he was being punished but trusted God.
God commanded Moses to speak to the rock instead, he struck it. Dry season tests our obedience to the Lord.
David was anointed king but spent years fleeing from Saul, learning patience while waiting for God's promise.
Hannah experienced the pain of barrenness and discovered that her hope had to be placed in God rather than in people.
Each of these individuals faced dry seasons, yet God used such to refine their character, strengthen their faith, and prepare them for His greater purpose.

What is your response when dry seasons come?

1) “Be strong and very Courageous💪🏻.Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever you go - Joshua 1:7”

2) Tell the Lord when you feel weary or weak during your dry season
“From the ends of the earth I call to you, I call as my heart grows faint; lead me to the rock that is higher than I – Psalm 61:2”

3) Only by his grace we can survive through dry season.
“But he said to me “My Grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses so that Christ’s power may rest on me - 2 Corinthians 12:9”

4) Dwell in the shelter of the Lord
“Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty -Psalm 91:1

Dry season sharpens you✊. Trust the Lord no matter what comes your way. Pray, have patience when the Lord puts pressure on us. Seek his face.

“Jesus Is Coming Soon - Are You Prepared?”

So often we take this message lightly and forget that two kingdoms await us after this life: Heaven and Hell.

Gods’ Word calls us to be ready and to make our hearts right before Him. “Prepare the way for the Lord, make straight paths for him” (Matthew 3:3).

Jesus also reminds us to stay watchful, because His return is near. No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven nor the son but only God (Matthew 24:33–36).

Today’s message is a reminder to:
~ Repent
~ Stay Vigilant
~ Keep your lamp burning for the Lord🔥
~ Keep your desire for his word strong
Because if you miss Heaven, you can never miss Hell!
