Good News Church Maungaturoto Welcome to Good News Church,
Maungaturoto's Congregational Church! We have our own Christian School, which caters for students from Year 1 to 13.

We are a spirit filled and family friendly country church that has been running for over 150 years. Everyone is welcome to come and join us on a Sunday morning - pre service prayer meeting is at 9.30am and the service starts at 10am. We have a children's program for ages 3 - 5 (Little Lambs) and for ages 6 to 13 (Children's Church). We also have a creche room available for mums with little ones with a video link to the service. We love being part of a group of local churches who work together to put on OTAMATEA DAY CAMP every year!
More than 130 kids, more than 30 teens, and 3 days of outdoor fun spreading the good news of Jesus Christ.
Want to be part of it in 2027? Come along to our brainstorming meeting and see what goes on behind the scenes to make Day Camp the amazing event that sells out every time.
