Community Planting Day- coming up! Sunday 26 July
This Sunday there will be no service at the PBC building as we'll be joining Jamie, Penny and family to help plant up a riparian area on Belmont Farm. Meet at 10am at the top of Hill Rd, Belmont.

The planting area is very accessible to all and jobs available for all abilities. Please wear warm clothing, and bring planting spades and gloves if you have them (there will be some available but we’ll need extra). Cuppa and cake to finish.

Pentecost Service: A remainder that this Sunday we have a combined service of the Lower Hutt Baptist Churches. There will be no service here at PBC, we’ll be meeting at Hutt City Baptist at 132-146 High Street at 10am for the combined service. We will be collecting an offering of non-perishable food for the Lower Hutt Foodbank so please bring something to contribute.

Please try to arrive early to ensure you can find a park and to secure your seat. Parking is available on the streets around High Street – note that this is paid parking with a 2 hour limit – or in the car parking building off Queen Street – also paid but no time limit.

There will be a supervised children’s programme for children up to year 6 at school and a creche running as well. You will need to register your children when you arrive and then children will be in the main auditorium for the first part of the service then head out to their programme.

This Sunday, we'll be meeting at Ignite Sport (48A Bell Road) at the usual time of 10am. We'll play some games, hear a bit about the work that Ignite do with young people in the Hutt Valley and then finish by sharing a BBQ lunch - sausages, bread and sauce provided. Please bring a salad or dessert to share if you are able to. We will meet at Ignite no matter what the weather. If it is raining we will use the indoor facility.

There will be no service at PBC this Sunday (18 Jan) but we are joining with the service at Hutt City Baptist, 10am at 132-146 High Street.
