To celebrate Buddha's first teaching and also Venerable Geshe-la's Birthday we're engaging in a special day of retreat called 'Offering our Faith'.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗗𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗸𝗿𝗮 𝗗𝗮𝘆 celebrating Buddha's First Teaching in the Deer Park at Sarnath in India as well as Venerable Geshe-la's Birthday. To celebrate we are engaging in an Offering our Faith unguided retreat and Offering to the Spiritual Guide chanted prayers that evening.

Offering Our Faith: A Special Day of Retreat
Thursday 4th Jun | 9am – 5.30pm

Timetable:
Session 1: 9-10.30am
Session 2: 11.30am-1pm
Session 3: 4-5.30pm

Note that this is an unguided retreat and you're able to attend any session

Each month at the Centre we engage in Powa - transference of consciousness for the deceased.

Powa is a beautiful practice to benefit the deceased and brings comfort to those left behind knowing that the deceased will be reborn into the Pure Land of Buddha.
