Bible Study, Discover and Christianity Explained offer opportunities for children and youth to study the Bible and enjoy various activities with people their own age. We also offer adult Bible studies and regular services for everyone. We understand that people come to us in various stages in their spiritual journeys. We’d like to meet you where you are and help you grow spiritually. We try to meet the needs of individuals because we know each person is special to God.

Tay Street Baptist Church continues to welcome everyone to our services while we are in the Red Traffic Light Settings as dictated by the COVID-19 Protection Framework.

For our Sunday School, Adult Bible Study and Morning Service, a 𝗠𝘆 𝗩𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘀 will be required to attend.

Our Evening Service does not require a 𝗠𝘆 𝗩𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘀, but it would pay to call the pastor ahead of time on (03) 214 1188 for additional details.

Masks will 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 to be worn but are 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘨𝘭𝘺 encouraged.

We trust that neither the regulations, nor other fears about COVID, nor the arrangement of our services will keep anyone from coming to church. God commands us to meet together (Heb 10:25).

Being together helps us grow spiritually and we can be an encouragement to each other.

Tay Street Baptist Church welcomes everyone to our services while we are in Orange settings as dictated by the COVID-19 Protection Framework. Most of our parishioners are vaccinated, but not all.

As we are not requiring people to show the My Vaccine Pass to enter, there can only be up to 50 people based on 1-metre physical distancing in a single defined space at the venue at any time. We also ask that you use the COVID tracer app and encourage you to wear face coverings.

Most importantly, we ask that you come with a heart to worship God.

This couple plan to come work with us in a few years. Pray for Matt and Holly as they begin to raise support for their ministry in New Zealand.

A crew of New Zealanders who came to Matt's workplace changed the course of Matt and Holly's lives.

We read about Abraham returning to the promised land from Egypt and his separation from Lot.

Is it able to have faith and unbelief? We will see that Abraham has both faith and uncertainity in Genesis 12:4-20.

• Evening services will be held in the church auditorium as normal & these should be available in podcast format as usual.

• If you wish to tithe, we encourage you to do this digitally into bank account 01-0963-0086169-00.
