Last week on our Church Zoom call, after the Online Service, we challenged the children to either make or bring something that represented the bible story from Matthew 14: 26: Jesus and Peter walking on the water. This morning some of them shared what they had made, either in Minecraft, Block Code or a short story. We loved seeing your creativity, kids. 😀

It’s school holidays at the moment but we know a lot of families are looking ahead to the school week starting (remotely at home) and feeling a little nervous. We totally understand.

What’s the big idea? Take a deep breathe, ease into things, and remember; routines are your friends. 😌

We're back online tomorrow morning for our Sunday Service. This is a series of links and resources to follow along at your own pace, in your own time. Hi all - our website has some updates on there for all our church family and wider community. There is an online church service page for Sunday mornings (self paced and includes an online zoom call for personal connection).

We've also launched some forms to fill in if you are able to volunteer, or need / know someone who needs some help or assistance. Share it around by tagging people into the comments. 😀

We hope you're all staying safe and looking out for each other. We'd also recommend you look over your neighbors fence and see how they're doing. Let us know if RBC can help you out.

Here are some considerations for tomorrow's service ⛪

Hi, Church Family

In light of the current health situation with the Covid 19 virus, and the need for extra vigilance, we are asking you all to prepare for the following changes to our regular Sunday Service.

- If you have recently returned from an overseas trip within the last two weeks, we would respectfully ask that you choose to worship from home and not join us at church. ✈️

- We will be asking everyone to use the hand sanitiser as they enter the church as a precaution and to please use good hand washing practises while with us. 🙌

- The communion will be altered from our usual practice of handing out the bread and wine down the isles. At this stage we are considering having the emblems handed out individually from the front by people with protective gloves on. We appreciate your flexibility with this. 🍷🍞

Thank you for your understanding and patience for this challenging season we are in. We, of course, will be prayerfully reassessing our practices and response in the weeks ahead.

Are you on holiday and looking for somewhere to go to church this Sunday? Join us at Rosedale for a Summer Holiday series called "Parables: Life Stories from Jesus" starting at 10 am.

These services will be an hour-long, family friendly morning with something for everyone. We'll also have packs for the kids to help them engage with the service. You can even stay for a tea or coffee afterwards.

Hope you'll join us and bring some friends and family.
