This weekend we celebrate with our sister churches, Hillcrest Chapel and Northgate Community Church the heritage we have together in God. We honour Rukumoana Marae for their generosity in preparing the hangi for this special event. Here is a great clip from Laidlaw College on the meaning of Matariki, and ways for Christians to celebrate God at this time.

Our Prayer Week is on!
Stations open at church during office hours (Tues-Weds, from 9am-2pm), or the next few evenings (Mon-Weds, 7:30-9pm-ish). Just come along - no appointment needed. Come alone, come with a group, come for a long time or for 5 mins... .
We also have a prayer walk on Saturday morning, finishing with morning tea (meet here at 9am).
