Judith McLaughlin, a wonderful parishioner of St Mary's Church Hokitika, passed away. A rosary will be prayed at 12pm on this Sunday after the Mass in St Paul's Church, Kokatahi.
A Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Monday at 11.30am in St Patrick's Church Greymouth. May she greatly rewarded for her faith and life. Rest in peace Judith

Tonight we begin observing and taking part in the Easter Triduum. Sacred Triduum is one great festival recounting the last three days of Jesus' life on earth, the events of his Passion and Resurrection, when the Lamb of God laid down his life in atonement for our sins.

What a great day! More than 200 faithful parishioners from Greymouth, Hokitika and South Westland gathered in the oldest church of West Coast, St Patrick's, Ross for the Jubilee Year Pilgrimage on Sunday 9th November. This was a wonderful time of meeting together, sharing of our faith, hope and love. Thanks to Fr Peter Head who organized it so well. God bless everyone
