Greetings. I would like to bring a tribute here to a dear friend and Greenhithe community legend, Marie Bishop who sadly passed away last Thursday at 84 years. Someone who will be widely missed and who had both lived in and served our local community up until recently, in a range of community roles, (such as coordinating the Greenhithe Neighbourhood Watch, newsletter and International Friends). Thoughts and prayers at this time of loss for her family. Marie is remembered as a much-loved member and leader at Shore Grace Church (Greenhithe), right from its early days. Marie lived such a loving, joy-filled and others centred life, an expression of her Christian faith, which touched and impacted many people and will continue to. You might be one of those!
